1 1\2 cups of powdered sugar
1 cup of butter
1 tsp vanilla
1\2 tsp almond extract( I use orange instead)
1 lrg egg
2 1\2 cup of flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
**Mix powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, almond, and egg in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Heat oven to 375. Grease cookie sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes
