1 banana
2 Tbps of peanut butter
***Blend and Serve.
You can add flaxseed , wheat germ, chocolate syrup... to this.

Every night it's the same thing, what is for dinner, again. Didn't I just cook last night? Boy does it get tiring;especially when you do the same thing over and over again. Here are recipes that were either given to me, shared, showed to me, and of course out of a cook book or off the internet. All recipes have been tried and are easy, fast and loved by the 4 of us.
